The bank is difficult to work with when serving as a care giver and POA for someone else's account.

The slowest bank you will ever enter. I've gone in and stood in line multiple times and just left after waiting for 20 minutes. No sense of urgency, just a bad vibe all around.

Got treated like a thief for trying to close an account that was compromised by identity theft. Instead of being helpful themselves, they referred me to call customer service instead. What!?
