I don't like leaving bad reviews but this bank is never consist with operating hours or days that it is open. I've driven up to this bank location on several weekdays during normal business hours...

This is my bank, unfortunately. I'd tried calling 7 BOAs today. The same robot lady answers the phone, but no humans will talk to me to answer my question. Horrible, horrible customer service.

The banking industry is changing fast, but I'm impressed with the B of A model. This is not my main branch, yet they are very nice and I always feel welcome here. Nice job B of A!
