This branch has gotten a lot better, we no longer have to wait in line for a long time and the tellers are much more casual and friendlier! Probably thanks to COVID!

I hade issues with a deposit I made and when to talk to a rep at this bank, all he did was look at paper and sed o I don't know then I called costumer service and told me the manager could help me...

This place is horrible!! 12 people in line with two tellers and 3 bankers standing around talking! Talk about horrible customer service! And instead of jumping on a freaking window they talking...

This place sucks. They only have 2 tellers at any given time. And the lines can get really really long. Corporate needs to hire more tellers.. very big inconvenience for the customers

Waiting is horrible. How is it ok for so many people to be in line with only one teller assisting customers? This is ridiculous and notorious for this location. Closing my account today.
