What has happened to good customer service? Why even be open if you only have one teller working with a line of 9 people waiting???!!!! Meanwhile you see staff standing and talking or walking back...

All around scumbag company. They throw employees under the bus, offering severance and never paying it out to laid off employees. HR hangs up on employees when they don't want to deal with issues....
