I'm not a huge fan of B of A. I hope they don't try to charge me a truck load of fees for pulling old account statements? All banks are rotten, learn the system folks. Never trust a four letter...

This bank is under staffed. 11:05 with 7 people in line and only one teller. Had to wait 1 hour for a banker to process a wire transfer.

Staff is very friendly and efficient here. They can help with you with many types of products here. ATMs are also very friendly to navigate and also work with Apple and Android pay.

never answers the phone . you need to wait like an hour and a half just to reach someone to ask a question

Go in to cash a bofa issued check they tell me 35-45 minutes for an account manager. How do they have only one person that can assist someone ? They wonder why no one Bank's with a them.
