Bank of America as a whole unit needs to undergo new training on customer service/experience. Waited over 30 minutes with only 1 teller while the line was out the door. No urgency by others...

How unprofessional!! Where in the heck do all of our fees go? one person working is absolutely ridiculous. If I ran my business like this, I would be out of business. HORRIBLE!.

Fire the lady whos a teller in the front left hand side when you walk in.. she cant count refuse to take my change and lied about her box being fool of change just so she sidnt haveto accept it.....

There's nothing worse then rude employees who literally laugh at you when you show up for an appointment scheduled by their call center, and are told that you have to come back 3 days later...
