This is an update to my previous review - Mike ended up answering his phone (called off a different phone) and he came up and identified that a fuse was blown. he took care of the problem.

Trust the reviews. They came and took everything apart and said they'd be back the next day. Over a month later, the guy doesn't respond, and told the home warranty company he completed the work....
