History

After school and on weekends David and Dale started washing appliances for a local service company in Agoura CA. New Valley Appliance Service owned by Bob Masterson. Dale was a natural when it came to appliance repair, always asking questions and it was not long before Dale moved in to the shop and started his training in Appliance Repair. Catching on quicker than Bob Masterson had ever seen any service technician learn, Bob knew he had the makings of a professional service technician and introduced Dale to all phases of appliance repair commercial and domestic. Dale shortly after moving in to the shop and handling all shop repairs and the showroom floor he soon became shop Manager and Bob started taking Dale with him to San Pedro Naval Base and introduced Dale to their equipment and soon Dale was taking care of the base as part of his duties. Bob rode with Dale on the San Fernando Route overseeing the repairs for the first month before realizing it was time to have Dale run the route
