Love this fresh, healthy take on food trucks! The buffalo bowl is my favorite! Would recommend to anyone.

History
It all started with the thought that food can be yummy and healthy! My background is in restaurant management, marketing and branding and I had a vision for something different and fun. I also like the idea that we all have unique flavors around the world but at the core many of the same great ingredients. I enlisted the help from an amazing Chef, Adam Allison (Food Network). He helped me create some amazing bowls that brought the vision to life. My daughters tried it and loved it and well... the rest is history! #Awesomesauce Bowls came to be.

We serve unique and creative bowls from around the world using a rice or greens base, a protein (black beans, chicken, steak or shrimp), veggies and topped with AWESOMEsauce!

There awesome sauce bowl is pretty good. The bowl has plenty of rice or mixed greens and veggies in it and the garlic sauce is delicious. You don't get very much meat, which you have to pay extra...

Our work brought them in for lunch. It was a nice change of pace from a typical weekday lunch. The fresh, healthy ingredients left me full without feeling bleh for the rest of the day.
