Avondale is a nice community with many new amenities popping up. I enjoy our drive to the movies, shop at Best Buy or grab a quick bite away from the usual congestion of Central Phoenix.

The Wifi is miserable in the area near Costco. Seems like public Wifi is not much of a concern in Avondale. Only working here for week, so soon the fast WIFI will return in the more refined area...
