BEWARE!!!!!!! This place is a total joke!!!!! The owner is extremely rude and told me to go fuck myself when I called if you want to go to a place with customer service like that go right ahead...

History
After 10 years in the auto sales business in Minneapolis, I moved to Scottsdale and opened Auto Galleria. I had one helper and a 2 bay shop area. I specialized in restoring and selling Mercedes 450SL's. In 1987, I moved the shop to North Scottsdale where I had 4 bays and a small showroom. 10 years later, I purchased a 6400 foot building with 10 service bays and a 6 car showroom. My 3 techs were factory trained and we had state of the art diagnostic equipment. I recently sold that building and purchased a much smaller 2 bay shop with a full time tech and a part time master tech. I am at retirement age but I will never retire...just slow down a bit. I still service my customers cars that have been coming for 30+ years

Well known in Scottsdale for overpriced, incompetent Mercedes service & sales. Owner Craig Giffis leads by example. Rude and unwilling or unable to do the promised work.
