We were told by the staff at the AT&T store off Power and McKellips that our phones qualified for a trade-in, but they didn't have the phone we wanted in stock so we'd have to wait or visit...

I was planned to start a pre-paid account but manager Anthony started a post-paid account instead and forced me to pay all fees for the post-account that I did't want at the beginning. $135!!!
