I don't know why they have so many bad reviews! They slayed my nails!! The only thing I can maybe complain about (not really that deep) is that there weren't as many color options for sns however...

Got in same day for mani and pedi no gel..brought myself and my 85 year old mother, staff was friendly and thorough ...would come again!

I've been coming here for three years and the service does not disappoint. Ask for Fannie to do your nails as she is super personable. I would recommend coming here in Flagstaff to anyone!
