Please don't get conned into moving here because of the beautiful scenery. Management and maintenance ruin living here. My bf and I moved in not even 3 months ago and our AC has gone out 3 times...

Moved in to Ascent 1829 almost 5 years ago back when it was still called Cabana at the Pointe. Have a lot of great memories here: lots of friendly neighbors, the park close by, great pool, etc....

As of 2022 this place has gone down hill dramatically. I moved here when it's the cabana and It's not the same and it seems they let anyone move in now if they have the cash. The tenants are alot...
