Arizona Tenants Advocates, also known as Arizona Tenants Association, is a tenants union that helps renters living in apartments, houses, and condos exercise rental rights for lease breakage to terminate a lease under the landlord tenant act. We help you exercise your renters' rights in order to legally terminate and get out of your rental agreement without an early buyout fee or penalty under any lease clause. By doing this, there is no eviction notice or court action as our procedure involves landlord tenant rights by giving notices to vacate without getting sued or brought to court and recovering security deposits. We prepare legal notices to slumlord landlords, have a free telephone renters rights hotline, offer information packets on rental foreclosure, and have a rating system to rank apartment communities.
