Arizona Pest Prevention commenced its first customer service in the early spring of 2002. We have since grown from a start up company to a full service exterminating company with 10 service trucks planned by 2010. We are a two family business with Steve, Jim, sons, brothers, wives and a nephew. Our community service involvement is an honor as we choose to return our time and resources to those who have provided for us!Our continuity of delivery and success in service satisfaction results from a lack of employee turnover. We feel that we have the greatest customers of any company! The reason is we firmly believe in customer relationships. Actually, we have thousands of customers who are friends. We hope to continue our relationship growth by having the opportunity to communicate with you! Respect, values and integrity boldly state our standards.Steve is well known in the pest control industry for his dedication, experience, leadership business development and training of others. He has been continuously active in the industry for 25 years plus. He has guided large exterminating companies as a Branch, District Manager and Vice President of Operations. In 2002 he started Arizona Pest Prevention, Inc where he serves as President. Well noted for his communication skills and relationship sensitivity. A high regard towards customer service is profound!He volunteers his time in educating Homeowner Association and community residents (Meetings ) on various pest issues specializing in Roof rats.For the past several years he has served on the Chandler Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and serves the City of Chandler on the Citizens Police "Incident Review Commission. Steve is married 31 years to wife Becky with three sons working with him in the business. His pride is being called "Papa" by his grandsons.Jim has been an East Valley resident since 1977 and has over 25 years experience in the service/retail industries managing stores/branches and providing leadership in District and Regional Management Roles. He brings strong organizational and communication skills to the industry.He spends much of his free time volunteering as a coach in organizations like the YMCA, AYS Basketball, Little League Baseball and San Tan Soccer Leagues.He is married for 24 years to wife Rochelle with 4 children including two currently enrolled Arizona State University and is proud to be a Sun Devil Dad.Arizona Pest Prevention is pleased to be associated with CrimShield.
