At Arizona Myopractics I specialize in myoskeletal alignment techniques. I find that this modality can be even better than a massage. You are getting muscle work, with structural work at the same time and this is allowing the body to move more freely. The muscle work can be deep at times, but with breathing and getting through the initial pain comes great release that can put you at a much more comfortable state of health. To have more flexibility and range of motion can change a persons attitude for the better.
