I would recommend another ENT at all cost. Avoid the rude staff and find a place that actually cares about patient care. From the other reviews you can see I'm not the only one.

*It's been over 2 years since I saw Dr. Sims and he said I needed Cochlear implants, even though my hearing was good using hearing aids. Since then nothing has changed. He attempted to make $$$$...
