History
Arizona Fencing Center was founded by the Moss family to establish the sport of fencing in the Valley. The Moss family brought in wonderful coaches from Romania who have helped AFC grow and become what it is today-a three weapon competitive and recreational fencing club. One of the coaches, Florin Paunescu became the owner in 2008. Under his direction, he brought Olympic level coaching to the State of Arizona. Coach Florin develops students to become nationally ranked fencers.

Arizona Fencing Center is a full service fencing gym offering Children's, Introductory, Beginner's, and Advanced Classes. We have something for everyone. Private lessons, Open Fencing, Birthday Parties, Home School Program, Team Building, Social Networking...along with hard work, sweat, exercise, and fun!

I recently took the Introduction class here, which was 6 weeks long for $110 ($10 goes to pay for insurance). It was a small class (just me and my friend) so we got a lot of really awesome...
