Terrible billing practice. I just got an invoice today April 10, 2025 from a procedure done in August of 2024. Ridiculous!!! People answering the phone seemed to be robots and of no help at all....

Their billing is terrible. They double bill for the same procedure using multiple account numbers then argue with you about owing the money. Stay away from them and ask your PCP or Dermatologist...

Possibly the worst billing department issues ever experienced. HOURS! spent over 2+ months spent working to get things unwound... then simply here "clearly someone on our side made a mistake"....
