Designed by Johnny Bulla in 1962, the Arizona Country Club in Phoenix is the second oldest club in Arizona. Tom Clark and Bill Love completed another redesign in 1986. The course remains in excellent condition because the fairways were redone in 1988. Water hazards inhibit the course and its signature hole is number 10, which is a 598-par 5, with water coming into play on the right side of the green. The Arizona Country Club hosted the Southwestern Amateur Tournament in 1994 and has also hosted past Phoenix Opens. Both the greens and the fairways are Bermuda grass. Arizona Country Club is a private club and is open all year.

The bar on Friday nights is the best happy hour in town. View is spectacular, service awesome, food great, live music -- child care so you can relax. Almost entire club has been remodeled....

An older course with large trees, this is a fun track to play. The layout is pretty flat, you won't have to worry about driving over large ravines or having a long enough drive to clear problem...

The Arizona Country Club held a networking event and speech for an organization I'm involved with in one of their event rooms and it was a great venue! The appetizers and wine were really good....
