Tons of potential. My 1/3 pound bacon cheese wagyu burger would have been more flavorful if it would have been grilled fresh. Patty was lukewarm, dry, and it tasted reheated. $9.35 was the damage...

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we've been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. I am only giving this one star because you have to give it a star this is worse than dog food and the customer service is horrible!

Not sure why it states it still states they are open until 11pm but should say this location is open 24hrs. They were open until 11pm while short staffed but have returned to 24hrs several months...

No straws, napkins, lids. Drink and condiment area was a disaster. Spills everywhere, ketchup all over. Asked employee for straws and napkins and he was most unfriendly about it. Definitely...
