Recently took in my standard poodle for a wash/style/nails. Very happy w/results. Staff friendly & knowledgeable. A 20" wait to p/u as they were busy........, Overall very positive experience....

Rude owner lies about closing and is horrible never consider them treats you like a problem lord to me said he was closing which was a lie!

We love or pets...so so so love them...My dog was a rescue from years of abuse at a puppy mill...she had to go through a lot of work and surgeries at the vets to get her to be the wonderfully...

Worst phone service ever. The male attendant on the phone was stern and it just felt like I was wasting his time. No walk ins- nail trims only between 7:30-8am M-F.. totally apathetic. I think...

So I called to try to schedule an appointment for grooming and the guy who answered did not even introduce himself and or the business and then was hurried and I wanted to have my 4 year old MINI...
