History
I started off in 2004 lending money to, well, just about everyone. It was a time like no other in our history of historically low rates, a rapidly appreciating housing market and very loose lender guidelines. When the market tightened up I decided to buy as much real estate as I could from 2007-2009 buying over 100 homes. I late 2010 I decided to get my real estate license and continued working with distressed sellers. As the market as has shifted back to a more traditional market I have enjoyed the experience of working with new and old friends find or sell their homes.

We specialize in helping great families find great homes. We live, work and play in the South Scottsdale area known as Old Town Scottsdale and spread out along the Camelback Corridor to one of the best area's of Phoenix know as Arcadia.
