I have mixed feelings about this credit union. On one hand there rates are great and everyone here is very friendly. On the other hand it took alittle over a week to get a vehicle loan from here...

Usually a decent experience in person but goodluck trying to get ahold of a customer service representative over the phone, they've had me wait anywhere between 30 mins to an hour.

The staff at the new location is helpful and their new facility is nice. The only thing I don't care for is that it so open and doesn't allow for privacy of account information.
