My children and I had to purchase a small heater and heated blankets... and camp in one of the bedrooms... because you don't know your homes! Moved in late on a Thursday afternoon, around 3pm....

Horrible Horrible! Don't ever rent from ARP, they are horrible. Have issues with house and the they don't even give crap, and being trying since January to get them to come fix the draft coming...
