Alta Land Survey

History

Alta Land Survey was founded in 2010 by Donald J. Loose with the purchase of Arizona Land Specialists in Bisbee and Sierra Vista. Though a native Tucsonan, Don had always aspired to perform surveying in Cochise County. With the original office in Bisbee and the Huachuca City, Alta Land Survey has performed over 200 different surveys a year, everything from a lot survey in Tucson to the construction staking of the ball mill at Asarco Mine in Green Valley. Included in the purchase of the records of Arizona Land Specialist in 2010 are the survey records of numerous other land surveying companies which have practiced land surveying in Southern Arizona over the last century, including GPS Surveying, Riddell and Associates, Bisbee Engineering, Cleave Lundgren and Gordon Ray.

Alta Land Survey offers a variety of land and boundary surveying options to Tucson, Sierra Vista and all of Cochise and Pima County AZ. With over 35 years of experience, we have the technology and understanding to provide fast and accurate land mapping. At the present time, the company employs three licensed surveyors registered in the state of Arizona. We also have survey licenses for California and Nevada. Our company is fully insured for work on large construction projects.
