He quickly established himself as one of the best fitness professionals in the east valley. With his knowledge and experience in physical therapy and fitness. First Class Fitness has worked with over a dozen NFL players as Eric has built strong relationships with strength and conditioning coaches across the country.SpecialtiesWe are a fitness facility specializing in weight loss and performance. We bring the same methodology, effort and intensity we use with professional athletes as we do with our student and college athletes.
