Founded in 1990, Creative Networks is a health care agency that provides in-home support services persons of all ages with developmental disabilities and illness. It has offices in Pima, Maricopa, Yavapai and Coconino counties in Arizona. It is a subsidiary of ResCare, and provides a wide range of in-home and nonmedical care services. It provides day treatment programs, companions, housekeeping, companionship, and personal and respite care services. Additionally, it provides habilitation, and short- and long-term and attendant care services. It also provides training for disabled persons in crisis intervention, first aid and basic skills development. Its day treatment services include various activities, such as plays, outdoor games bowling, and visiting parks, lakes and music performances. It also provides meal services.
