In and out within about an hour on a Friday. (That's unheard of) Everyone was extremely friendly. They submitted my certification to AZDHS same day. Got my approval letter within a week of visiting.

This place was so wonderful and very organized! I loved both doctors and they made it very easy to talk to them about my condition. Also, the wonderful gal at the front desk was truly awesome!...

I'm upgrading to a 4. Let us just get the negative out first since to be honest that's what we really come here to see first and foremost, my ID and application ID didnt match on the paperwork...
