History

As the most surgically advanced dermatology group in Arizona, Affiliated Dermatology has expanded across the Valley with seven locations in Scottsdale, Anthem, Deer Valley, Surprise, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, and Tempe. Affiliated Dermatology prides itself on its community involvement and partnerships with other healthcare institutions that better our community. Events like Affiliated Dermatology's annual 5K helps to raise money to fight skin cancer within the Phoenix community. We have an accredited dermatology residency program with HonorHealth. Dr. Richard Averitte, CEO and Managing Partner of Affiliated Dermatology, also established the Arizona Skin Cancer Foundation in 2011 to provide financial assistance to people with skin cancer who cannot otherwise afford treatment. Community education and awareness, treatment and prevention are key goals of the foundation.
