What type of roast is this? I have a Breville and I'm having a hard time pulling a decent tasting shot. It's a dark roast then the bitter taste makes sense I guess. I wish they would label the...

Available at Whole Foods on Speedway. Roast date is displayed on the vacuum sealed package. The espresso is FANTASTIC!!

My favorite coffee. Kind/thoughtful people, great product. I have it shipped after my family sent me some as a gift. I highly recommend the Timor roast. Ethical, kind, adventurous.
