I've lived here for over 1.5 years and can say I'm overall very happy here. PB Bell took over management and really cleaned up the place, got the riff raff out & it has improved for the better....

Love this building, nothing beats this location in downtown. Close to everything and very excited for the upcoming Humble Bistro downstairs.
