The people are always engaged in activities that all are welcome to join like games, crafts, coffee&donuts, holiday meals, and helping each other as needed. The lapidary and jacuzzi are fun...

I'm thankful laundromat has a code now. People off street can't walk in. We do need doggy poop bags again. Winter time many more dogs Nice quiet rv prk

The owner is ok, it's the nosy busy bodies that hurt the experience. And the fact the owner doesn't grow a pair and tell them to back off! I don't gossip like most people do. I stay to myself....
