Fidencio Contreras a personal banking officer at the bank at 1800 S 4th Ave is the best! He knows his job and is very personable. He helps with everything and is very pleasant always!!!!

I just saw were they won some big banking award as a top five in the country. I have to ask who votes on those things? Did they make up their own banking organization so they could vote...

Come on they are a bank. You are going to get a little bank attitude, but the accounts are as described and the service is decent. I have done business with a number of different banks in Yuma....

This bank is understaffed. There is only 1 branch open on Saturdays & the lines are hidious. I plan on switching to a bank that can handle the customers in a timely manner.
