In 1991 Roger Floerchinger, a then-commercial banker, bought a failing title company. He closed it down, revamped it and opened what is now known as Yukon Title Company, Inc. 25+ years later, Yukon Title Company is still providing seamless, positive service to every customer, large or small. We now have 3 locations to help provide amazing service across the state. Our founder's lending expertise, paired our truly sincere and highly trained staff, make Yukon Title Company the top title company in town.

Yukon Title Company is licensed to transact title insurance throughout the state of Alaska but specializes in the communities and culture of northern Alaska. We maintain title plants in Alaska's northern ten recording districts. Our business area is the size of Texas and has such a diverse population that most people would consider it a problematic business environment. We consider it an opportunity.
