The Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve offers guided boat tours, canoe trips, voyages and junior ranger programs. The park includes ice fishing, snowmobiling and cross-country trails. The Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve includes a visitor center that provides information about the entire park and administration and management facilities. The Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve was established under the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act in 1980. It is owned and operated by the National Park Service of the Department of the Interior, which serves national parks and more than 400 natural, cultural and recreational sites across the United States.
