History

Founded in 2006 as Daniel Buck Photography, we opened our photography gallery in October 2009. We are open year-round and specializes in custom photographic printing.

Wilderness Peaks Gallery features the fine art photography of Daniel Buckscott. Daniel is a local, award-winning nature and landscape photographer who specializes in photographing Alaska and the Yukon Territory of Canada and his passion for the outdoors is reflected beautifully in his artwork. Alive with color and depth, his photographs capture the unique areas of Alaska with stunning clarity. We sell fine art prints on a variety of mediums including giclee canvas and photographic prints, as well as a huge selection of note cards, magnets, matted greeting cards, cutting boards, and home made soaps and preserves. We also offer custom photography workshops.
