Small-batch distillery located just outside of Fairbanks. Tours/tastings are available by reservation. Handcrafted cocktails in a cozy tasting room. Outdoor seating with firepits year-round. Featuring vodka, rum (both white and aged), gin, and Alaska's only Akavit.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, great cocktails. Love all the spirits. Rotating food vendor was fantastic. Will definitely go back.

Basil smash was great, even the virgin version! Friendly and skilled bartender. Clean and cozy atmosphere. We'd be regulars if we lived nearby. =)
