Paid all our premiums for 5 years with no claims and they cancelled us for reasons that were not even true. Business Insurance Associates was the broker and they told us to go somewhere else.

If you live in Alaska do not use them. We used them for insurance several commercial buildings we own. They do not answer questions on how to keep costs down. All they do is keep hiking the cost...
