Owner (and baker extraordinaire!) Michelle has been gluten free for five years now due to health issues and a serious gluten intolerance. Her passion for gluten free baking began after her husband attempted to make her a gluten free birthday cake for her 21st birthday... Four years later Michelle has perfected the art of gluten free baking and decided mid 2013 to share the deliciousness with the rest of Pacifica and the local Bay Area! Her kitchen is 100% gluten free. And the best part about her treats? Both gluten free and non-gluten free eaters love them! The Gluten Free Wife Bakery doesn't have a store front (yet!) but takes custom orders via phone or email and hand delivers to you.
