Beth Simpson began her career in real estate in 1974. Her passion for helping others achieve their dreams has led to helping thousands of families buy and sell homes. Lindsay Sizemore began working with our team in 2001. She is passionate about helping her clients find the right home and successfully negotiating a purchase that will enhance their lives and their futures. With Beth as her mom, she has been showing properties to clients since her infancy! Nichole Perry joined our team as the Transaction Coordinator/Office Manager in October 2013, and obtained her real estate license in June 2014. Nichole's family moved around some growing up with her military father until they planted their roots in Anchorage in 1992. She makes sure our listings and transactions get the attention they deserve!
