History

Sunny Point was a small catering and banquet facility in the late 90's. In 2005 this facility was completely renovated and moved from the 1st floor to the 4th floor of the Landing Hotel's newly constructed North Court Building.

Sunny Point Conference & Banquet Center is The Landing Hotel's onsite private dining room. This room has the ability to customize any menu based on the event. From appetizers to five-course meals, our experienced chefs are ready for your special request. The Sunny Point Room has a large outside deck with fantastic mountain views from afar along with the Pacific Ocean and working waterfront.
