I've seen some nasty kitchens in Fairbanks and the Chinese restaurants seem to be the worst. Panda Express is the exception. Food is always good and the restaurant is clean inside and out.

Best Asian food in town! I went to all the Asian restaurants in Fairbanks and no one can top their dishes! A solid 3 out of 5 if they were at the lower 48.
