I'm not sure how they prepare for the dinner rush, but at 5:30 in the evening, I wouldn't expect to be asked if I'm willing to wait 10-15 minutes for fried rice to get made. This was a big fail...

The free entree for the receipt is not at advertised. They make you buy a whole other meal to claim your reward.
