After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta, Chef Darrin became frustrated with cooking and working for other restaurant owners. Knowing that he had a calling for something much bigger; hence Mise en Place Culinary Instruction and Catering was born. As culinary instruction, Mise en Place offers challenging basic culinary foundation classes for youth and adults; teaching flavor building, food safety, and theories of cuisine. As a catering company Mise en Place offers a menu to fit every lifestyle. Catering up to 150 people. We will organize, set up, and decorate for your event
