Ordered a pickup order, but the lobby was closed. Took 30 minutes to get my "inside" pickup order from the drive-thru. Really took the fast outta fast food.

If you want the slowest McDonald's service in the Anchorage or Matsu area this is the McDonald's to go to. If you want your food, ordered slow and served you by people who just grunt at you extend...

They always close 30 min early. So don't expect to go here 30 min before they close if you're a person that gets off work later.
