The therapeutic approaches she uses include psychodynamic, behavioral, and mindfulness based theories which are applied through a clinical art therapy lens. These interventions are well suited to working with a span of ages, providing a variety of ways to process and communicate experiences as well as learn skills to better navigate the world.
