Come on in, we’re the pipeline-era roadhouse-style saloon, open at 4:00 pm daily from May to November. We offer a full-service bar, cafe and grill, dance hall and live music on stage. Our beer garden has shaded picnic tables, horseshoes, and perhaps the only regulation sand volleyball court in Alaska. We’re a bar so you must be a big dog, 21 and over with valid ID.

The reviews listed here are not even close to the experience you're in for. Howling moon was recommended by one of the staff at the place we were staying at. This establishment is at best a dive...

I liked the band. The food was good. Slow, but friendly food service. The band was also really nice and lots of people danced. They had this blueberry Meade that was absolutely delightful....
