Homer High School

Homer High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school s general academic curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies and physical education. It offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as band, art, drama and music. Homer High School also operates a parent-teacher organization that conducts fundraising programs and special activities. The school provides French, German and Spanish as foreign languages. In addition, it operates chess, environment and technology clubs. Its range of sports activities includes hockey, soccer, tennis, basketball, football and volleyball. The school s facilities include a gymnasium, cafeteria, and library and media center. It also provides guidance, counseling, food and medical care. Located in Homer, Ark., Homer High School is a part of the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District.
